Manuvia has confirmed its position among the key players in the Slovak HR and recruitment market. In the special Career Guide 2026 edition by The Slovak Spectator, it ranked in two main rankings of the largest staffing companies in Slovakia.

In the 10 Largest Recruitment Agencies ranking, Manuvia took 2nd place. At the same time, it ranked 3rd in the 10 Largest Temporary Employment Agencies category. This is an important confirmation of the company’s stable position in a market that has changed significantly in recent years under the influence of demographics, candidate shortages, rising labour costs, digitalization and international recruitment.

A strong position in both recruitment and temporary employment

The recruitment agencies ranking evaluates the number of filled positions, distinguishing between the white-collar and blue-collar segments. The temporary employment agencies ranking takes into account a combination of the number of assigned employees and the number of hours worked. In both areas, Manuvia ranked among the absolute leaders of the Slovak market. In the field of temporary employment, it reached 2,030 assigned employees in 2025 and more than 2.22 million hours worked. In the ranking source data, it also ranks 1st by average revenues for the years 2022 to 2024. These results show not only the scope of Manuvia’s services, but also its ability to respond to client needs across various market segments in the long term – from production, logistics and services to specialist and administrative positions.
