Our important milestones

We all have important moments in our lives that shape who we are, and this is also how Manuvia was built over more than 20 years of practice. We have become HR service professionals with the benefit of the size of a multinational company. Each milestone moved the Manuvia team closer to being the best in the HR field.

Establishment of the company

1998 - the first foundation stone for the future company Manuvia. The company began in Slovakia, from where it spread through the Czech Republic, becoming international.

Entry into the Hungarian market

We set up an office in Budapest. The branch specialises in IT recruitment and recruiting engineers for production and development centres. The team has important contracts in banking and the real estate market.

Our own CRM solution

Our IT team has built its own CRM system, which is constantly being developed and improved due to the digitisation trend. CRM is used for recruitment and servicing, and also as a management tool.

Entry into the Polish market

Our branch portfolio was expanded with the inclusion of another important country - Poland. This allows us to supply the necessary workforce for our clients and help candidates in their job search

Blue staffing

We recruit temporary blue-collar workers. These are people who perform physical work (production worker, warehouse worker, etc.). This service temporarily assigns a worker with a user, where the employer is the agency and the user is the client.

 

The term 'blue collar' was not randomly created, it refers to the blue clothing - overalls the workers wear.

 

Blue perm

Manuvia has specialists in recruiting permanent workers for blue collar positions (operators, warehouse workers, welders, electricians and other operating positions with technical knowledge and experience). For these recruitments, we apply direct search methods, i.e. directly addressing selected candidates. We work with our internal resources and database to recommend candidates of the required quality as quickly as possible.

 

In addition to the recruitment of temporary employees, we also secure permanent employees. Our specialists can help you find suitable blue-collar candidates to ensure quality, smooth production.

 

Concept of SMB branches 

To allow us to always be close to you, we have set up a network of SMB branches with our clients. In case of need and to accelerate processes, our specialists will always be at hand.

 

Master Vendor

This is a modern approach in a group of multiple suppliers. The concept is based on the reorganization and transfer of selected processes of the HR department, production and 'agency - user' supplier relations under a selected leading agency, which becomes the Master Vendor. 

 

High volume recruitment

We can also recruit a higher number of candidates for your company. With high volume recruitment, we can provide suitable candidates for a given position for either temporary or permanent employment. 

 

CC support

Direct search 

This is a key method of teams of professionals, in which recruiters and headhunters directly address selected candidates for the positions of specialists, experts and managers. These are often candidates who are not active on the labour market and it is not clear whether they are even open to a career change.

 

Executive search 

Executive search is how we refer to projects focused on the direct search for candidates for roles in senior management and top management. These positions are often not advertised and candidates are always approached by a dedicated senior consultant. The project includes regular reporting including information on the status of the project, the situation of selected candidates and ongoing or planned activities.

 

RPO 

Outsourcing of part or all of the internal recruitment process, including administration and onboarding. Our specialists will take over or optimise your internal recruitment processes and work off-site or on-site together with your hiring managers. Our know-how, knowledge of the specific market, flexible capacity and precisely selected combination of resources allow us to quickly fill a large number of positions and search for experts and managers.

 

SSC 

Shared service centres (SSC) provide internal centralised services within international corporations, e.g. for German-speaking countries, most often in finance, purchasing, customer service or HR. BPO (business process outsourcing) companies provide similar services for their clients in the external market. Our recruiters have been working on SSC & BPO projects since 2014, successfully placing hundreds of qualified candidates speaking 18 different languages with clients.

 

IT recruitment

A specific area of recruitment in which the key to success is both working with alternative sources and, above all, the ability to impress the candidate. Through long-term relationships, our IT recruiters gain detailed knowledge about the corporate culture of clients, the type and attractiveness of projects, and opportunities for successful candidates to develop their knowledge. In IT recruitment projects, our specialists search for software developers, data analysts, infrastructure specialists, ERP system consultants and other experts.

Jako Executive Search označujeme projekty zaměřené na přímé vyhledávání kandidátů pro role ve vyšším managementu a top managementu.
