Try and hire

If you need more time to decide whether you would hire an employee than what the trial period offers, use our “Try and hire” service. It allows you to use hired workers for an agreed period of time with the option to turn them into core employees. Of course, you can adjust the number of employees or ask for a replacement anytime.

Operations Team

Members of our Operations Team are responsible for all the services we are providing to our clients. Coordination

A coordinator is a person available to you at all times. They understand your situation in detail and they act as your Manuvia representative. Thanks to the coordinators we can handle common problems and questions of employees, care of accommodation, work shift scheduling, attendance control and administration.

Meeting with client’s representatives is also a part of their job and it helps us respond to production requirements flexibly.

Ticketing

We care about our employees and their problems, therefore we collect all their opinions, ideas and initiatives. One of the ways we do that is our ticketing tool. Our employees can let us know about their demands via our information kiosk located directly on the clients’ premises and the information gathered there is subsequently assessed by our teams.

Smart Atep – a system for recording and managing human resources

We use our system for effective management – Smart Atep. It allows our colleagues from the operative to access all their employees’ data anytime, anywhere. They can update orders for recruiters or look at their current job orders.

We assist our clients in delivery of high-quality products to the end customers in a timely manner, in sufficient volumes and in the required quality. We provide services within quality control, sorting and storage, especially in fields such as automotive, electrical components, etc. Our expertise is based on the experience, well-established team and good-quality equipment (OOPP, ESD). Based on these aspects, we provide:

Sorting

In our own premises or directly at customer’s premises, we examine supplied parts designated for production or dispatch. We provide customised reporting, communication and fulfillment of customer’s requirements.

Rework

If a customer requests a modification of the supplied parts, we design a solution and repair faulty parts. Repairing includes cleaning, dust removal, cutting or bending of the part.

Storage

For sorting and repairing of supplied parts, we operate in our own premises and warehouses. The premises are of a 580 square meters in size and are located near Prague.
