Starting the recruitment process

Local recruitment starts with the detailed analysis of the region and familiarisation with the position in question and job duties related to it. As soon as we have sufficient information, we start with marketing activities, which include work of field recruiters, call centre and our branches. Moreover, we also launch a new branch in the given region as a part of our standard procedure.

Continuous cooperation among our departments

Our coordinators have a detailed understanding of the situation of our clients and disseminate all information on the current orders situation. The ATS system ensures all colleagues in the Recruitment and Marketing departments are informed about all project changes. If you work with multiple agencies, we have the experience and infrastructure to free you of this agenda and take care of this part of work for you.

What if we don’t find the right person in the region?

If we are unable to find anybody suitable in the region, we will look for the right person in other parts of the country and, if that fails, we offer another solution: international recruitment.

If you opt for this option, we naturally take care of all the things that come with the hiring of foreign staff. Be it the accommodation close to your facilities, transportation from the country of origin, transportation to and from the workplace on a daily basis, interpretation and translation of instructions, or assistance with commonplace questions and requests of your employees, our rich experience gained during numerous projects allows us to take care of all of that. Time and time again, this has been proven to be one of our strengths.

A coordinator is a person who is at your disposal at all times. He or she has a detailed knowledge of your situation and is your Manuvia representative. It is thanks to our coordinators that we are able to handle any of the common issues and queries from the employees, taking care of the accommodation, shift schedules, time and attendance system and administration tasks.

One of the tasks of coordinators is to meet with the client’s representatives, which allows us to promptly respond to the production requests and needs.

Operations Teams

Members of our Operations teams are responsible for all the services we are providing to our clients. The colleagues, who are positioned directly on the premises of our clients, attend all relevant meetings and organise employees’ arrivals on a daily basis. In short, they take care of everything from broken wardrobes to ambiguities occurring on the payslips in Romanian.

Our colleagues sometimes feel like rescue workers – be it 2 a.m. or just after lunchtime, they are always ready to solve problems. Our teams are at our employees’ and clients’ disposal 24/7.

Ticketing

We care about our employees and their problems; therefore we collect all their opinions, ideas and initiatives. One of the ways we use to do that is our ticketing tool. Our employees can let us know about their demands via our information kiosk located directly on the clients’ premises and the information gathered there is subsequently assessed by our teams.

ATS (Applicants Tracking System)

In order to ensure efficient management of our activities, we use our own Applicants Tracking System (ATS), which allows colleagues from our Operations team to access information about all our employees anytime and from anywhere, as well as to update POs for our Recruitment team or look at the current status of orders.

Permanent Placement is a service that allows clients to look for applicants suitable for exactly that – permanent placement. Based on the job criteria and the customer’s requirements, the candidate who has passed through all selection procedures, successfully completed appropriate tests and met the relevant expectations, is introduced to the client.

Assessment centre

Assessment centre can test several applicants at once. Model situations designed according to the needs of your production can test the applicants’ ability to work in a team, to cope with excessive workload, or their stress tolerance. The effort invested in this activity will pay off in the form of higher efficiency and stability of new employees.

Try and Hire

If you need more time to decide whether you would hire an employee than what the trial period offers, use our Try and Hire service. It allows you to use hired workers for an agreed period of time with the option to turn them into core employees. Of course, you can adjust the number of employees or ask for a replacement anytime.

We assist our clients in delivery of high-quality products to the end customers in a timely manner, in sufficient volumes and in the required quality. We provide services within quality control, sorting and storage, especially in fields such as automotive, electrical components, etc. Our expertise is based on the experience, well established team and good quality equipment (OOPP, ESD). Sorting

In our own premises or directly at customer’s premises, we examine supplied parts designated for production or dispatch. We provide customised reporting, communication and fulfilment of customer’s requirements.

Rework

If a customer requests a modification of the supplied parts, we design a solution and repair faulty parts. Repairing includes cleaning, dust removal, cutting or bending of the part.

Storage

For sorting and repairing of supplied parts we operate in our own premises and warehouses. The premises are of a 580 square meters in size and are located near Prague.
