Current situation on the labor markets in 2019

More than 400 thsd. unemployed people disappeared from the Czech and Slovak labor market since 2010. Unemployment rate reached record minimum also in Poland and Romania. Average wages in V4 region reached similar level that even the wages of workers in Romania have approached after the jump increase. All this resulted in a question that personnel staff and team managers in many companies have been asking during the last years: “Where should we hire people?”
