Manuvia’s business activities will be led by Petr Straka

The management of our company welcomed another member. Petr Straka has assumed the position of Chief Sales Officer (CSO), where he will manage the development of Manuvia’s business activities with key clients. He also becomes a member of the Executive Board.

Petr Straka was appointed as the head of the Manuvia Central Sales Department in Slovakia, the Czech Republic and Germany in early February. “I’ve been following the evolution of Manuvia for a longer time. I particularly appreciate its recruitment capacities in several countries, the emphasis on delivery, and also the nice drive,” said Petr Straka.

His role will be to build a strong sales team in Manuvia, seizing the opportunity to develop activities in new segments.

“The core of Manuvia’s business is agency employment for industry – automotive, electrical and engineering. However, we also want to focus on logistics, facility management, healthcare or IT,” said Petr Straka. His ambition is also to expand with Manuvia to other European markets.

He comes to Manuvia with thirteen years of experience from the recruitment agency Adecco, where he held the position of Sales Director for the Czech Republic and Slovakia for the past six years. In previous years he worked in Operations as Operations Manager or Key Account Manager.

He is a graduate of the Czech Management Institute. In his free time, he enjoys skiing and spends time with his family of three children.
